That means that standard features in all rooms include lowered closet rods, lowered wall-mounted thermostats, lowered peepholes, flashing fire alarms for the hearing impaired, grab bars and roll-in-showers or bathubs . Roll-in showers have hand hell shower and shower benches. Accessible guest rooms have doors at the bathroom and bedroom that are at least 32 inches wide.
