This beautiful luxurious, all-inclusive handicap-accessible resort has a location on the Caribbean coast. Nearby you can discover beautiful Caribbean waters, Mayan ruins, jungels and Tulum.
The resort have many rooms with wheelchair accessibility. Nine of the rooms are suites and are accessible from the ground floor at the hotel. There are bathrooms with wide doors so people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users have maneuverability. The sink is lowered and a toilet with grab bars and a roll-in shower.
Ramps are leading to all the bars and restaurant and of course to the beach. This makes the beach easy to access for all people. The pool has rails at average height. The resort has also wheelchairs on site and they can even help you to get an electric wheelchair to use on the beach without any extra charge.
The resort currently does not have wheelchair-friendly beach mats, or accessible docks/swimming rigs that allow for safe entry and swimming in the open water.
